I have to manage my companies’ growth and liaise between my company in Shanghai and the cheese production near Bordeaux. That’s why I chose HEC Paris, Europe’s leading business school.

My first best memory is the teamwork. Collaborative work was very new to me, as you have to struggle on your own in China as a foreign a Chinese company. And the second is the Leadership module. The CEO in the company is just as a orchestra conductor. As a conductor, if you are too close, they cannot breath, if you are too far, they cannot see you. This is the last sentence I learn from the last lecture.
