This partnership brings together the extensive experience of the human dimension of organisations which exists in both insitutions and enhances the program's multicultural and multidisciplinary approach. Module 3, Oxford, Change as a social challenge How do you work with culture, identity, power, and wider organisational networks in change processes? If organisations are embedded in wider systems and networks, how can you enact change most effectively? Module 4, HEC, Psychodynamics and change How do unconscious mechanisms and processes play out in groups and organizations. How can you work with the psychosocial dynamics of organizational change? Module 5, Oxford, Leadership of change How can you think in new ways about the practice of the leadership of change? What are the dark sides of leading change and how can they be handled? Why do people follow leaders who want change? Module 6, HEC, Change agency Who are you as a change agent and why? How can you become the change agent you want to be? How can you continue to be a reflective practitioner? Learning methodsParticipants enrich their theoretical background and develop an understanding of change interventions through analysing real life cases in organisations. Drawing from the social sciences and management, the theoretical background is reinforced by the inclusion and analyses of consultation methods. Real life is evident in the classroom through accounts given by academics, practitioners and participants of their personal experience.
